In addition to public conferences organized by associations and clubs of mountain lovers, I also have experience in motivational conferences targeted for companies or institutions, therefore for people unfamiliar with the world of mountaineering. For this audience, also thanks to my studies in Management engineering, I created a specific format, through the creation of a parallel between the organization of a mountaineering expedition and the management of a project in a company reality, main subjects can be also the risk management and team management in the mountains and consequently in a company.
The following video provides an example of a motivational conference, in English, which I held in Rome for a Software Multinational company with 300 participants from 27 different countries. There, I presented my vertical challenges in Patagonia and Greenland through personalized images and videos for an audience of managers and engineers, where the main takeaways for the public were project management and change management.
